    How it works:
    When new order created on the coverage area of “”Warehouse A””, its Operation and From warehouse set as “”Warehouse A””, To warehouse will be assigned to “”Warehouse B””. This order will be visible only for “”Warehouse A”” users. If it is in sorted in “”Warehouse B”” the Operation warehouse will change to “”Warehouse B”” and this order will be gone form “”Warehouse A”” users and will be visible to “”Warehouse B”” users”

    1. New Dashboard Items
      Shipox Statistics Dashboard is renewed and following charts and graphs are implemented:
    • Orders for last 30 days – This chart shows number of daily orders created over a 1-month interval.
    • Orders for last 12 weeks – This chart shows number of weekly orders created over a 12-weeks interval.
    • Monthly order creation progress – This line graph shows the number of orders created per month since the company was created

    • Pickup Success Rate – This chart shows the ratio of the number of orders created per day to the number of picked up orders, and pick up success rate.
    • Delivery Success Rate – This chart shows the ratio of the number of orders created per day to the number of delivered orders, and delivery success rate.
    1. Additional Service Charge
      The new feature has been added to order creation form, now users can add additional service charge when the create an order, services should be created in Additional Charge section with fixed price and can be used on order creation form.

    4. Click Integration
    A new payment integration has been developed for Uzbekistan users, this change offers Uzbekistan users to pay for orders through the Click Payment application.

    New Features:

    • Download order information excel file:

    When you have hundreds of orders to analyze or review an excel export comes in handy. When reviewing daily orders, driver etc on Shipox it is much simpler if we could just download in Excel. In past if you want to export orders you could select orders and download csv/xl but if you have many hundreds and thousands of orders then the process would take longer and you would not be able to do any other task when the download was happening.

    With the new release now, you do not have to wait, you can do your work while the file generation process is working in the background. So, user can see the progress bar and when it is finished, the file can be downloaded.

    • Selecting Multiple coverage areas per warehouse:

    For warehouses, it’s very important to select the areas that this warehouse operates on, the past you need to select these areas one by one, this may take some time and some repetitive steps.

    To make warehouse coverage area selection easy and fast we have this new feature where you can select and edit warehouse coverage inside he warehouse settings. So now when you select Edit coverage inside the warehouse, you can click on multiple areas from the map to choose.

    • Users and customers are separated from each other:

    Viewing users and their information is important when it comes to know about the permissions and roles for each users, users in Shipox system can be divided into:

    – Users: who are maybe individuals inside your company or entity, like dispatchers, Finance guys and admins.

    – Customers: merchants retailers shops who create orders are our customers. Each customer has unique login and can be found under the section Customers.

    Both can be considered as users, but actually their functionality is different, and also cannot be processed in the same page, like in past releases when you view the users page, but in this release, we separated them, so when go to the users page, you will find only internal users

    Now in the users page we can see only system users, admins and operation users.

    Note: Code fix – Customers are no longer appearing in the user’s page, we can see them in customer page.

    • Operations in batch orders are grouped:

    Orders’ status is very important when processing and filtering orders, we have a lot of the available statuses on Shipox that cover all the possible stages of the order’s life cycle, when updating the status of an order, it will be more easy when we can group all related statuses together.

    In this release you will also see in the batch order update section the statuses are now grouped together by the phases or an order.

    2. New status for RTO flow – New status is added on RTO status flow called “”Returning to origin”” – will assign to driver and change destination location to sender’s location (it works like Driver on his way)

    3. New Page for Verify address – The Verify address change page has been revised and improved, users can now select their address on the map and the system will automatically set the address for them, if they prefer to enter it manually, they can skip the address through the map.

    4. New Page for Tracking – The tracking page has been changed to a new design and some new features have been added. One of the changes is that users can search for orders by reference ID, if there are multiple orders with that reference ID, they can select on of the order on the list and view information about the selected order. Another change is the status tracking panel added, now users can see the current status of their orders and how many steps are left until they receive their order.

    5. Item Description Column on the Order list – New Column is added to the order listing page which contains Item Description of the order

    6. Item Description variable is added – item description variable is added on the notification variables list, now users can use this variable to send Item description of order.

    Bug Fix:

    1. Profile Language edit issue fixed – Some of the users couldn’t change their accounts language to other ones, now this issue is fixed
    2. Make Main warehouse in required in User create/edit – During the user creation/editing process, you are required to select a main warehouse.
    3. Phone Number country code issue – Some customers enter their phone number in a short version and this causes some problems when the system sends a notification message. considering factors above, we add a phone number formatter to the system

After that their customers can receive Notification messages from their Telegram messengers.
    • New Map for Uzbekistan – Both Uzbekistan and Uzbekistan’s cities’ borders are re-sketched and added new cities and edit some existing cities’ names to new ones.
    • Expanding Finance Summary Report – Parcel Value and Reference ID columns added to Finance summary report
    • SAP Report – Download the Finance summary report as the SAP form feature is added in finance section, and this file can be used for other platforms as an SAP file
    • Saudi National Address integration on Order Creation form – this integration allows users to set the address of the Sender or Recipient by entering the National Address Code on Order Creation Form. If the marketplace user successfully sets up integration with Saudi Post, customers of this marketplace can use this feature to change the delivery address of their orders by entering their National Address Code.
    • Replace the reference number on #3pl AWBZ label – Integration reference number replaced with order’s real reference number

    New Features

    1. Warehouse Coverage Area Phase Two – What advantage this new feature gives us, users can set specific coverage areas for warehouses when the order is created in these areas, and the order’s pick up and delivery warehouse will be assigned automatically and shown on the order description.

    In the second stage you can see the coverage area of all warehouses in different colors  in the map view version, and when the order is created inside the coverage area of any warehouse the pickup and destination warehouse are assigned automatically 

    2. Assign time slot on order upload to Excel form – Now users can assign available time slots on the excel order upload form, and if there is a validation problem then they can fix it on the validation form of the order upload page 

    3. Webhook History in Activity History and Order Brief – This webhook history works to collect all change log history of the order, this list will be available on the brief order page and Activity history

    4. New Finance summary report –  New Finance Summery Report implemented which works to get customers accounting data like Order count, Actual Service Charge RTO Charge and etc… in a specific period

    5. Routing Excel download option – This option allows users to download a list of generated roads in the Order Routing and give detailed information like the sequence of orders to pick up or deliver, and assigned Drivers

    Bug Fix: 

    1. Warehouse Coverage area – Area list checked for marketplace ID in order to avoid merging with customized areas

    2. Phone number validation on Shipox website – New phone number validation implemented for sign-up company form in Shipox.com

    3. Driver/Driver Dashboard Excel Download issue – Driver and driver dashboard excel downloads with source company – minor change in UI

    4. AWBZ Thabit issue – Shipment ID is linked to the barcode on the bottom of AWBZ

    Shipox tech team would like to share the following updates on the product server for the last month: 

    1. Incomplete Orders 

    Many Clients complain about the order loss while pushing orders via API or receiving orders via Integration. This new “Incomplete Orders” page on the left menu is expected to be the solution for all complaints related to order loss. There will be a list of orders which are stuck in the system because of invalid data entry or problems in the system. These orders can be re-created by the retry option. How it works, when the user clicks the retry button the order creation form will open and show the missing data or invalid data on the form. In this stage, the user can fill in missing data or change the invalid data to correct one then create the order by clicking submit button 

    2. Warehouse Coverage Area Phase – 1 

    What advantage this new feature gives us, users can set specific coverage areas for warehouses when the order is created in these areas, the order’s pickup and delivery warehouse will be assigned automatically, and shown on the order description. 

    In the first phase, selecting the coverage area of the warehouse is finished. How it works, in the warehouse info page, “Edit Coverage Area” button is added. When the user clicks this button the pop-up page is opened. The page contains a list of areas and neighborhoods and on the main side, there is a map view of the origin country. By selecting the area in the list, the user can set the coverage area of the warehouse and save it. 

    3. CEQUENS SMS Integration 

    New SMS integration is implemented with CEQUENS for Egyptian users 

    4. Emirates Post Integration( For GCC to GCC ) – Now customers can use emirates post as 3PL for GCC to GCC shipments using this integration  

    5. Reverse Order Salla Integration – Enhancement on Salla – Shipox integration to allow Salla merchants to create reverse shipments from the Salla dashboard. 

    6. Aramex Integration Done Some Changes – 3P countries logic added to Aramex integration for all countries from GCC to GCC 

    7. Order Map View Driver Filter by Area Bug Fix And Some Changes 

    There were some minor issues in the filter map view like area name is not in alphabetical order and selecting area with neighborhoods, but all issues are fixed. Search by area and neighborhood feature is added to filter and now users can see the selected areas’ name on the map by clicking on the selected area. 

    8. Batch Edit Order Form Bug Fix 

    There was an issue on the Batch Edit Order feature when the user upload the Edit form without doing any changes on the address field, the edited orders addresses were cleared, and the issue is fixed.

    Shipox delivery management software offers regular features updates to customers

    1. Order Map View Driver Filter by Area

    Now users will be able to see the list of active drivers in certain areas or neighborhoods by applying new filters.

    How it works:

    If the user wants to see the list of drivers who are on duty in a specific area, they can apply the new filter by selecting the area or neighborhood of the area from the list. Selected areas will be drawn on the map. If an area has neighborhoods, the count next to the area name will show how many neighborhoods are selected from this area and how many neighborhoods do exist in this area. For  example (5/10). And there is an expand option next to the area name which works to show the list of neighborhoods of this area. After applying the filter, the system shows a list of drivers who are on duty in the selected area.

    1.  Reference

    This feature works to add new dynamic variables for vehicle components. It means, users can enter a car model, color, body style and car manufacturing company as dynamic value which will be visible only for this company and they can use new dynamic values to the vehicle create form. 

    3. National Address Integration with Saudi Post

    This integration allows users to change the delivery address of order by entering the National Address Code. If the marketplace user successfully sets up integration with Saudi Post, customers of this marketplace can use this feature to change the delivery address of their orders by entering their National Address Code.

    With an amazing update on the user interface brought to you recently, Shipox Delivery Management System is introducing yet another set of features that can facilitate the way you manage orders. Below is a quick summary of what is new: 

     1.Batch Update Dispatch – dispatching orders is now easier with the new action button on the kebab menu on the right side. Select the orders you want to dispatch, click on Batch Update Dispatch and choose the driver from the drop-down: 

    2. Status Behavior Changes – the two statuses: Pickup On Hold and To Be Returned are now a lot more convenient to work with as in both statuses orders will be unassigned from the driver, disappearing from drivers apps:

    3. Customer Download CSV – users now can get more and curated data on their customers in added capability of CSV downloads in customers section. With this function, you now have flexibility and clear-cut information on each customer registered to the system as there added a number of customer info columns in the CSVs:

    Shipox New User Interface & change logs 🎉

     

    What is new? Shipox DMS’ new release introduces a couple of on-demand features and a sleek user interface. Here is quick overview of each new addition:

    1. Create New Customer – today’s update includes a feature that lets you create new customers on admin panel itself, thus eliminating the need for registration via customer portal. However, you can opt for adding customers as an admin or registering on the customer panel:

    2. Deleting orders – the orders that you don’t need showing on the dashboard can now be deleted away at just one click. After you have selected the order, navigate to the three dots icon and find the option – delete in the menu:

    You can select multiple orders or just one order to delete.

    3. New UI- user interface is now more compact and organized. Having multiple sub-sections under one icon will make it easier for users to navigate to the functionality that they want easier and faster:

    As continuation of compact tool-view, operations on orders can now be done quicker than before. The three dots adjacent to order ids will open you a number of options to work with your order:
